REGISTER ON OR BEFORE CARD EXPIRY DATE TO ACTIVATE COVERAGE
No registration, no coverage. Unregistered Ooops! Personal Accident Insurance cards are not replaceable in case of loss. If at the time of loss the Insured Individual has more than one of this Policy, the maximum amount of coverage is PhP 150,000.

Coverage will only take effect when registration is completed and acknowledged received by Pioneer Life Inc., on or before the CARD EXPIRY DATE. Your Ooops! Personal Accident Insurance card is no longer valid for registration beyond the CARD EXPIRY DATE. You will receive an SMS confirming receipt of Pioneer.
